Spring 2019

Coming out of the winter months is always such a lovely experience. Don't get me wrong, I love Ashland winters. Waking up to snow on the hills, the comfort foods including Mac & Cheese, Spanikapita, stews and soups and, of course, a lot of baking. It a season that is quiet, good for the soul and encourages lots of sleep. Spring is in the air, however, and the garage door at the shop is wide open, bringing a brightness and light that has been missing for the last couple of months. There has been a steady flow of new inventory and the shop feels alive and awake. I'm excited for the months to come!
